Often products are packaged in ways which case a problem. For example flour and sugar - the contents always seems to spill out when you open the bag. Our brief was to choose from a list of ‘problematically packaged products’ and find a solution for them. I chose DIY products including hooks, pins and screws.

The thinking behind the new packaging was around space - it can be a nightmare finding the box of the right screws or hooks in your cupboard. I designed a space saving solution that makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. This would also take less time for shop staff to stack shelves with.
